StreakFrog ("we", "our", or "us") operates the StreakFrog mobile application and website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).

Usage Data: We collect information about your in-app activity including habits, streaks, and achievement progress.

Device Tokens: With your permission, we collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send you push notifications. You can disable this at any time in your account settings.

Timezone: We use your timezone to send reminders at appropriate local times.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Service
• To send daily habit reminders and streak notifications (with your consent)
• To personalize your experience and improve the app
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns (anonymized)

3. Advertising (Free Accounts)

Free accounts may see advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalized ads. You can opt out in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Firebase (Google) for push notifications, and with hosting/infrastructure partners.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion via Settings → Account.

6. Security

We use HTTPS and bcrypt password hashing to protect your data.
